NY offers a wide variety of
Travel & Tourism Attractions…
New York City is streets and
streets of Massive Tall
Buildings, High Rises,
Apartments, Offices,
Restaurants, Theaters, Museums,
People and Excitement
represented in the liveliest
form of hustle & bussle there
is. The Empire State Building,
Central Park, Statue Of Liberty,
Madison Square Garden, American
Museum of Natural History,
Hayden Planetarium are only a
few of the cities major
attractions.
While many Manhattan eateries
are well known for catering to
the rich & famous, tucked away
and mostly known only to locals
are restaurants serving
delicious food at affordable
prices. If a person dined at a
different restaurant in
Manhattan every night, they
could eat out for 50 years and
never go to the same place
twice. On the east side of
Manhattan sits Greenwich
Village, an artsy community
where you
can find side walk cafes with
unique settings and menus that
list extensive
specialty dishes. The Village is
a favorite among tourists and
locals alike. If your craving
Italian food, hit Little Italy,
Chinese, stop by China Town or
maybe you’re thinking about
seafood, South Street Seaport
has everything you can imagine
from the sea. Speaking of
seafood, Long Island is well
known for its raw clam bars and
lobster houses. Take a scenic
ride east along Rte. 25A to the
Hamptons where the roads are
lined with beach side seafood
shacks and ice cold beer. If
fine dining is on your menu,
eastern New York hosts many
restaurants that have been
listed in fine dining guides
throughout the country, where
chefs have studied their entire
lives to master recipes to
tantalize your taste buds. Then
of course there is the famous
New York Deli's. If you’re a
visitor to this fair city, then
at least one deli meal is a
must. Kosher, Spanish, Greek,
Italian and of course the
traditional deli, which offers
cold cut products by the famous
Boar's Head Company. Many deli’s
offer table service as well as
take out.
In New York State, Lake George
celebrates Americade which is
one of the largest Motorcycle
Events in New England. Whether
you
enjoy
the rides in a car or on a
motorcycle you will be equally
thrilled with all this area has
to offer. The lake sits in the
Adirondack Mountains where the
views are some of the prettiest
there are. A little more north
you can visit Fort Ticonderoga a
restored military fortress which
is a Historic National Landmark
and on the Canadian border the
very famous Niagara Falls
where you can enjoy the
Seneca Niagara Casino,
the
Maid of the Mist,
touring the
Cave of the Winds,
riding the
Whirlpool Jet Boat,
visiting the
Aquarium of Niagara,
Sport
Fishing and

Rhode Island, New England

Here ..... Rhode Island the smallest of the New England States…...
Even though Rhode Island is
small…. It has on its shoreline
some of the biggest most
gorgeous, irreplaceable,
priceless historical mansions in
all the states. These are the
famous Newport Mansions. The
architecture in these homes is
something we will probably never
see again in the home building
industry, not in one home… no
matter how much money someone
has… These homes were quite
often built by workers from
Europe, the materials brought
over from Europe, and the
Owners, Designers and Architects
worked for years to create the
final product. The magnitude of
the detail in these mansions is
unfathomable, even when you see
it for your own eyes… marble
columns, floors and stairways,
gold leaf trim, leather, Italian
tiles of all kinds, the iron
works designs on railings so
beautiful and detailed you just
can’t imagine how they were ever
created…. installation of these
finish trims pieces sometimes 2
or 3 stories up in the air…
pictures in the mansions reveal
the tale of how they were
built.. the scaffolding .. the
hundreds of workers all there
creating some of the most
dramatic homes we have in the
United States. One room of these
homes can often be larger than
some of our entire homes… “The
Breakers” is the largest of all
of them…. As it sits gracefully
over looking the ocean in all
its grandeur you can’t help but
try to imagine living in this
grand estate. There is beauty
inside in every corner and
crevice, there is beauty on its
outside … there is beauty in
where it stands and beauty in
how it stands… The Greenwich
Mansions built today all have
some of the beauty and detail,
but it is not in every room in
every house so dramatically as
what you see in these Newport
Beauties… There is also the
Marble House, Rosecliffe,
Chateau-sur-Mer , The Elms,
Isaac Bell House, Hunter House,
Kingscote, Chepstow and the
Green Animals, all of which have
a story… all of which have the
beauty and grandeur of a time
that we will only know by their
presence and the stories they
have left behind…it was called
the “Gilded Age”. For more
information visit

The Rhode Island Beaches are
some of the most popular
destinations in New England.
There is 400 miles of ocean in
Rhode Island where.
Misquamicut is probably the most
often heard of. People in
Connecticut go there quite often
when they want to get to the
ocean. Block Island is a very
popular vacation spot.
An 11 square mile vacation
resort, it is reachable only by
boat or plane and is about an
hour trip on the ferry,
approximately 30 minutes on the
passenger high speed Catamaran
and about 20 minute flight by
plane.
Of course if you want the city
life… the nite life and the
downtown activities, Providence
is the place to go. There are
theatres, museums, a planetarium
and the Rogers Park Zoo.
