Santa Fe Style Cuisine in CT

Santa Fe Style uses green chiles as a staple - i.e. enchilada sauce, soups or stews are made with these spicy peppers which are traditionally grown in the Southern part of New Mexico. Another sauce setting Santa Fe Style apart from other Mexican foods is the red chile - a sauce made from the green chile - dried and made into a powder.
