“No Fusion Illusion”

If only the United nations could coexist as seamlessly as the flavors found in Chef Phillis Bodek's Dishes. Fairfield's Sarabande Restaurant & Bar Describes itself as an American Bistro which suggests a meeting of French and Anglo cuisine. But this innovative establishment goes well beyond in fusing intriguing ingredients into dishes that routinely surprise and please the palette.

Stamford Advocate
Describes Sarabande's  décor  as California post modern and compares its Cuisine to  Alice Waters Berkley, CA   Chez Panise.

"If only the members of the United Nations could coexist as seamlessly as the array of international flavors found in Chef Phillis Bodek's dishes".
