Restaurateur Ignacio Blanco and Executive Chef Luis Bollo remain ahead of the curve with their contemporary, sophisticated Spanish Cuisine.

Meigas Spanish Restaurant in Norwalk, CT Meigas, (Galician for sorceresses), located in Norwalk, CT, is the former, highly acclaimed Meson Galicia restaurant where Blanco first set the tone for offering the highest quality, most authentic Spanish cuisine over 12 years ago.  The reinvention of Meson Galicia into Meigas is simply the product of taking the opportunity to re-introduce themselves and the foods of Spain to the consumer. The name was taken from Meigas in Manhattan, the downtown restaurant that Blanco and Bollo created in 1999, which received rave reviews and was all too soon put to bed after the 9/11 tragedy.

The decor at Meigas is simple and classic. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and colorful Spanish artwork are accented with fresh flower window boxes and greenery. Service is always educated and attentive and both Ignacio Blanco and Chef Luis Bollo are devoted to creating the ultimate dining experience for their guests.
