History of Haddam Restaurant

The Haddam Restaurant, a family friendly eatery, is
surrounded by a smorgasbord of the Connecticut River Valley’s visitor
attractions. With a menu of top quality Italian and American favorites
and pizza specialties like Giovanni’s Tomato Pie or Quattro Formaggio,
you can dine by the hearth in our formal dining room, or cozy up in a
family booth. When the weather is warm, relax on our patio and dine
under those Connecticut River skies.

The generous bar area will seat at least forty five people (twenty five
at the U shaped bar itself). You can cheer on the sports action
appearing on our fifty inch plasma TV, be entertained by live music from
Spring to Fall, or entertain yourself with Karaoke on Thursday nights.
We are less than a quarter mile from the majestic swing bridge which
crosses the river to East Haddam’s Goodspeed Opera and Gillette Castle.
Downriver is the Essex Steam Train and riverboat Becky Thatcher. And
that’s only a start! So, if you live in the middle of all these wonders
or are just visiting them, please make the Haddam Restaurant your place
to relax and warm your stomach. |
