About Creative Cooking
Welcome to Creative Cooking...something different in a fine dining adventure. Sunil Malhotra is the owner/chef who lends a diverse and distinguished background to this restaurant's taste.

Most Cajun restaurants use pre-made spice combinations. At Creative Cooking, Sunil creates his own blends. They are not overbearingly hot. For Sunil, "Spices must be mixed in the amounts in the right amounts and the right combinations, never dominating each other, always enhancing each other."


It is fitting, therefore, that the following intriguing menu represents authentic Cajun and Creole dishes with intentive and imaginative selections from its author, Sunil Malhotra. Enjoy every bite.
