Carminuccio’s opened in 1997 quickly becoming a favorite pizza spot in upper Fairfield County. Carminuccio’s uses the freshest and finest ingredients.  The dough is hand stretched, a technique passed down through generations from the old country creating “A little slice of heaven”.

  I am a transplanted New Yorker who has lived in Connecticut for twenty years. I am perplexed as to how Connecticut can claim to have the world's best pizza (Pepe's included), when parts of Brooklyn and Queens in NY have a local slice joint comparable if not better than most of the venerable pizza parlors in CT. Take exit 38 towards CT-15 (Merritt & Wilbur Cross Parkway), Merge onto Milford Parkway then merge onto CT-15 south towards NY City.  Merge onto CT-25 N via exit 49 towards Danbury, follow straight for 13.7 miles.

From I-95 North:
Merge onto CT-25 N via exit 27A towards Trumbull/Waterbury, follow straight for 13.7 miles

From I-84 East:
Take US-6 W exit- Exit 10 toward Newtown/Sandy Hook.  Turn left onto Church Hill Rd/US-6, turn left onto Queen Street, turn slight right onto Glover Avenue, then turn left onto South Main Street.

From I-84 West:
Take CT-34 exit 11 toward CT-34/ Derby/New Haven, turn left onto Mile Hill Road, turn left onto South Main Street/CT-25

From Merritt Parkway (CT-15) North:
Take exit 49 and merge onto CT-25 N towards Danbury and follow straight 13.7 miles.

From Merritt Parkway (CT-15) South:
