The
Griswold Cottage, located a half mile from the Green, on Boston
street, was built in 1870. This house has many windows, charming and
cottage-like, the upstairs room is sunny, with a full bath. There is
cable television and DSL in the house. You can also go in to town to
eateries, galleries, a great bookstore, the chocolatier and more.

Reservations
held pending deposit of one-night stay. A two night stay
is required during summer and fall weekends

Cancellations -
you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation 2
weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 2 weeks
before your arrival date we will refund this deposit if we can
re-book the room for the nights you cancelled.

Check in time is
after 2:30 pm please call ahead if you plan to arrive later than
8:00 pm. - Check out time is 11:30 am

For the comfort
of others there is no smoking in the house, but the porches are
perfect for a smoke. We cannot accommodate pets.

and located off route
I-95 at exit 59, Goose Lane. |

Exit 59. At exit, turn right, cross Route
1, then go straight 1 block to stop sign, turn right at stop
sign. This road is both Route 148 and Boston Street. Go half
mile. The Griswold Cottage is on the right side of Boston Street,
at the curve in the road. The blue porch wraps the front and
side of the house.

NYC or Boston there is a commuter train, THE SHORELINE EAST,
connecting Guilford to New Haven on a morning South and evening
North weekday schedule.
