  • One of the two largest accommodations in the main house, this 2nd floor room was completely remodeled in 2007. The highlights include a cathedral ceiling, majestic king canopy bed and full private bath with whirlpool tub. Luxurious bedding includes a Ralph Lauren?? ensemble, 540 thread count sheets and a supreme comfort mattress. The sitting area faces the working fireplace and looks out through French doors to a private porch. An elegant writing desk, air-conditioning and a flat screen TV complete this impressive room (similar to Room 15).
  • Deluxe Room 9

  • This room is located at the back of the Inn on the 1st floor and includes a king bed and full private bath with whirlpool tub. You will appreciate the relaxation afforded on your own private covered porch, facing south-west, towards the pool. Air-conditioning and a flat screen TV are included.
  • Room 3

  • This cozy room is located in the most historic part of the Inn on the 2nd floor. The private bathroom has a shower only (no tub). The queen bedroom is air-conditioned and the large windows open like french doors to provide you with views of the Inn's side garden to the south.

  • Located at the back of the Inn on the 1st floor, this room has a queen size bed, and a full private bathroom. The room is centrally air-conditioned, and has an in-room telephone.
  • Room 8

  • This small room is located at the back of the Inn on the 2nd floor and includes a queen bed and private bath with shower only (no tub). There is air-conditioning and the view faces north towards the pool.
  • Deluxe Cottage Room 16

  • This Berkshires Garden Cottage Room has a majestic queen canopy bed, sitting area and large private bathroom with tub and shower. The room is remarkably bright and spacious, thanks to the beamed cathedral ceiling with skylight. You'll appreciate the brick surround fireplace on a chilly night. Air-conditioning, cable TV and telephone are included. This room is scheduled to be completely redesigned with new furnishings and king size bed in Spring '08 (similar to current cottages 17 and 19).

  • This quiet, bright, southerly facing room is located on the 2nd floor of the Inn. The queen canopy bed is the focal point of this sweet room. You'll find a private bathroom with shower only (no tub) and air-conditioning.

  • The Garden Cottage Room has a commanding king canopy bed and large private bathroom with tub and shower. The beamed cathedral ceilings and dormers will give you a light and bright ambiance. This room includes a large sitting area, brick surround fireplace, air conditioning and flat screen TV. Notable Guests that Stayed in this Room: Bobby Riggs and Paul Cantor.
  • Suite - Room 10

  • You'll enter this newly redecorated suite from a private entrance on the left wing of the Inn. A queen four-poster bed with vintage inspired Ralph Lauren?? bedding, 540 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and a supreme comfort mattress will beckon you to bed each night.The casually elegant library/sitting area includes a 32" flat panel TV and French doors open to reveal your own private covered porch overlooking the pool and lush grounds. The suite has a large private bathroom with claw foot tub and separate shower plus a working fireplace. A front foyer with writing desk, pull-out sofa and mini fridge plus plenty of closet space makes this room ideal for long-term stays. This first floor suite is accessible to the second floor, suite 12, from an indoor stairway. When the suites are adjoined, this wing of the Inn is ideal for a group of friends or family.

  • This charming queen canopy bed and full bathroom are in the most historic part of the Inn, dating to 1780. A fireplace, full private bathroom with tub and shower, flat screen TV and air conditioning complete the room. You'll be able to observe the south gardens from the large double windows.

  • This room on the 2nd floor has a lovely queen bed and full private bathroom with tub and shower. Air-conditioning and a flat screen TV are included. Your view faces the Inn's south gardens.
  • Deluxe Cottage Room 17

  • This Garden Cottage Room has a king bed and large private bathroom with tub and shower. You'll adore the spaciousness afforded by the cathedral ceiling. The room has cable TV, a sitting area and brick surround fireplace. The room is air-conditioned and includes a small refrigerator.
  • Deluxe Cottage Room 18

  • This Garden Cottage Room has a queen size canopy bed and large private bathroom with tub and shower. You will appreciate the natural light from the skylight in the cathedral ceiling. This room also has a large sitting area, brick surround fireplace, cable TV and air conditioning. This room will be completely redesigned with new furnishings and a king size bed in Spring '08 (similar to current cottages 17 and 19).

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twin beds, both with crisp Ralph Lauren?? bedding, 540 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and supreme comfort mattresses. An original mural of the Inn, hand-painted by local artist Sue Leal, enhances the sitting area. You'll find a small refrigerator, air conditioning and a 32" LCD TV, making this functional as well for long-term stays. You will treasure your own private balcony, a tranquil place to sit and relax with a view of the Inn's grounds. This second floor suite is accessible to the first floor, suite 10, from an indoor stairway. When the suites are adjoined, this wing of the Inn is ideal for a group of friends or family.
  • Room 2

  • This small room is located on the 2nd floor in the most historic part of the Inn (cc1780). A comfy queen bed, air conditioning and beautiful views are all you need for a relaxing stay. The entrance to your private bathroom with tub and shower is located a few steps down the hall.
  • Super Deluxe Room 15

  • Located on the 2nd floor of the Inn, this room has a king size canopy bed, and a large full private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The room also features a large sitting area, cathedral ceiling, fireplace and a private porch. One of the best lodging rooms in Lenox. Similar to Room 14.     Boston.. College town!!! Harvard, Boston University, Boston College! Shopping Quincy Market, Restaurants, Nite Life, City Life!!!! Cape Cod , Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket. What could you love more. the ocean, the bay side, the dunes. Whispering pines, quaint shopping, brick lined and cobblestone streets, sunsets or just the smell of the ocean air. Cape Cod has long been a favorite SUMMER Tourist Attraction, but now is a great "YEAR ROUND" destination. Whether you are on the Lower, Mid or Upper Cape, you have the Atlantic on one side and the Cape Cod Bay on the other with miles and miles of "Cooky Pines" whispering in the breezes. Visit Nauset Beach in Orleans or enjoy a drink at the Beachcomber at the Cahoon Hollow Beach in Wellfleet, both on the ocean side. Catch the sunset in Dennis on the bayside or take a drive to Race Point in Provincetown and listen to the roar of the ocean surf. Shop till you drop while in "P" Town, take an exciting whale watch out of the harbor or simply just stay in town and people watch!! Visit the monument in Provincetown where you can get absolutely spectacular views, but bring your climbing shoes, cause stairs are the only way up!!! If you are in need to get to a Mall for more shopping, Hyannis can take care of that. Follow Rt. 28 for antiquing and quaint shopping while traveling to Woods Hole where you catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard! You can go to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Arriving in Vineyard Haven you can visit the village where you will find the well known BLACK DOG Restaurant. Make sure you get a shirt!!! At Oak Bluffs you can visit the Flying Horses Carousel, the nation's oldest operating platform carousel, as well as a journey up Circuit Ave to shop and eat! Outside the main street in town, you will find the beautiful, brightly colored, gingerbread cottages. The "most perfectly preserved collection of Carpenter Gothic style architecture in the world". You can visit Edgartown, another quaint village with restaurants, boutiques, and the Wharf. You can sit and watch the boats and the comings and goings of Katama Bay. You can also get on the Ferry and go to Chappaquidick, sit on the beaches of Wasque Point or bring your fishing pole .. this is a favorite spot for blue fishing. Outside of Edgartown visit South beach, sunbath, swim or just sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. Traveling around the Island, your next stop could be Gay Head Cliffs where you are overlooking the ocean and the dunes. It is the most dramatic point on the island. At sunset visit Menemsha. Witness a spectacular, natural light show when the sun meets the ocean! Nantucket is smaller, but some feel it is quainter than Martha's Vineyard where sea captain's houses line the cobblestone streets.
