These accommodations include a king size bed and are located in cottage style dwellings. Room 24 & 27 feature elevated decks with extraordinary views of Round Cove and Pleasant Bay. These cozy rooms feature a loft ceiling and are perfect for 2 people.

Cottage Style

:
Newly renovated garden view guest rooms. All rooms have one king bed with a double sleep sofa or two queen size beds. Rooms have a comfortable sitting area, fireplace and luxurious bathroom with oversized tub and separate shower.

Premier Water View

:
These accommodations include a variety of the resort's finest water view guest rooms. All rooms are located in charming Cape Cod style cottages offering magnificent views of Pleasant Bay or Round Cove. All rooms have one king bed with a double sleep sofa or one or two queen size beds and comfortable sitting area with deck or patio.

Premier Cottage Style

:
Newly renovated garden view guest rooms with water view patios or decks. All rooms have one king bed with a double sleep sofa or two queen size beds. Rooms have a comfortable sitting area, some with fireplaces and luxurious bathrooms with oversized tubs and separate showers. These rooms have the ability to adjoin with either Premier Cottage rooms or Premier Water View rooms

Premier Garden View

Guest rooms are located on the second floor of villa style buildings overlooking the resort's beautifully manicured lawns and spectacular seasonal gardens. These rooms have one king or two queen size beds or one queen bed with a double sleep sofa, cozy sitting area and private bath. They have a spacious feel due to vaulted cathedral ceilings. The accommodations are complimented by private decks.

Garden View

:
Guest rooms are located on the first floor of villa style buildings overlooking the resort's beautifully manicured lawns and spectacular seasonal gardens. All rooms have one king or two queen size beds or one queen bed with a double sleep sofa, cozy sitting area and private bath. The accommodations are complimented by private decks or patios.

Water Views Double

:
These accommodations include two queen beds with a double sleep sofa and are located in cottage style dwellings. Rooms 23, 25, 26 & 28 feature large wrap-around decks that provide extraordinary views of Round Cove and Pleasant Bay. These guest rooms also include a spacious bath with separate vanity area.

	Cancellation Policy

What could you love more. the ocean, the bay side, the dunes. Whispering pines, quaint shopping, brick lined and cobblestone streets, sunsets or just the smell of the ocean air. Cape Cod has long been a favorite SUMMER Tourist Attraction, but now is a great "YEAR ROUND" destination. Whether you are on the Lower, Mid or Upper Cape, you have the Atlantic on one side and the Cape Cod Bay on the other with miles and miles of "Cooky Pines" whispering in the breezes. Visit Nauset Beach in Orleans or enjoy a drink at the Beachcomber at the Cahoon Hollow Beach in Wellfleet, both on the ocean side. Catch the sunset in Dennis on the bayside or take a drive to Race Point in Provincetown and listen to the roar of the ocean surf. Shop till you drop while in "P" Town, take an exciting whale watch out of the harbor or simply just stay in town and people watch!! Visit the monument in Provincetown where you can get absolutely spectacular views, but bring your climbing shoes, cause stairs are the only way up!!! If you are in need to get to a Mall for more shopping, Hyannis can take care of that. Follow Rt. 28 for antiquing and quaint shopping while traveling to Woods Hole where you catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard! You can go to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Arriving in Vineyard Haven you can visit the village where you will find the well known BLACK DOG Restaurant. Make sure you get a shirt!!! At Oak Bluffs you can visit the Flying Horses Carousel, the nation's oldest operating platform carousel, as well as a journey up Circuit Ave to shop and eat! Outside the main street in town, you will find the beautiful, brightly colored, gingerbread cottages. The "most perfectly preserved collection of Carpenter Gothic style architecture in the world". You can visit Edgartown, another quaint village with restaurants, boutiques, and the Wharf. You can sit and watch the boats and the comings and goings of Katama Bay. You can also get on the Ferry and go to Chappaquidick, sit on the beaches of Wasque Point or bring your fishing pole .. this is a favorite spot for blue fishing. Outside of Edgartown visit South beach, sunbath, swim or just sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. Traveling around the Island, your next stop could be Gay Head Cliffs where you are overlooking the ocean and the dunes. It is the most dramatic point on the island. At sunset visit Menemsha. Witness a spectacular, natural light show when the sun meets the ocean! Nantucket is smaller, but some feel it is quainter than Martha's Vineyard where sea captain's houses line the cobblestone streets.
