	Castle Hill Restaurant Award winning restaurant serving French-American cuisine in a fireplace lit dining room. Private dining room available upon request. During the months of June-October our restaurant is not available for dinner on Saturdays for purposes of our private first class weddings. Fully stocked bar available in our library or delivered to rooms.

Vermont may most commonly be known for its great ski resorts - Stowe, Killington, Sugarbush, Mt. Snow, Bromely, Stratton and Okemo to name a few, but it has a wealth of other exciting things to do and see. You can find the Alpine Slide at Killington, Bromely and Stowe. Stowe also has a gondola which you can take for a really spectacular ride up the mountain to dine at the restaurant on top. You can catch the Northern Lights in Burlington at the Northern Lights Cruises. Stop at the Quechee Gorge at White River Junction, visit the scenic overlook at the Hogback Mountain Gift Shop on Route 9 in Marlboro and enjoy the 100 mile panoramic view.
