    From Boston's Logan Airport: (98 miles)Take the Southeast Expressway (93 South) to Route 3 South. Route 3 South ends at the Sagamore Bridge. Proceed over the bridge onto Route 6 East. Follow for approximately 45 miles. One mile beyond Exit 12 is the Orleans Rotary. Start around the rotary and pick up Route 6 East again. (The road sign will say Eastham, Provincetown). We are located approximately 4 miles from the rotary on the right hand side of Route 6 East. From Barnstable Airport: Exit airport at Hyannis Rotary. Take first right on Route 132 South. Follow for approximately 2 miles to ramp for Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East and pass Exit 12. One mile beyond Exit 12 is the Orleans Rotary. Start around the rotary and onto Route 6 East again. (The sign will say Eastham, Provincetown). We are located 4 miles from the rotary on the right hand side of Route 6 East. From North and West: Follow I495 South (which will turn into 25 East). Follow to Bourne Bridge. When coming off bridge you will come to a rotary. Follow rotary around and exit off at Route 6A/6 East. Follow for 3 miles to first traffic light. At traffic light turn right up ramp and onto Route 6 East. Follow approximately 45 miles. One mile beyond Exit 12 is the Orleans Rotary. Start around rotary and get back onto Route 6 East. (The sign will say Eastham, Provincetown). We are located 4 miles from the rotary on the right hand side of Route 6 East. From New York and Providence: Follow I95 North to Providence. From Providence follow I195 East to Route 25 East. (Approximately 45 miles) Follow Route 25 East to Bourne Bridge. When coming off bridge you will come to a rotary. Follow rotary around and exit off at Routes 6A/6 East. Follow for 3 miles to first traffic light. At traffic light turn right up ramp and onto Route 6 East. Follow approximately 45 miles. One mile beyond Exit 12 is the Orlenas Rotary. Start around rotary and onto Route 6 East. (The sign will say Eastham, Provincetown). We are located 4 miles from the rotary on the right hand side of Route 6 East.

  • The OPI offers on property an outdoor pool. All of our guests also are able to enjoy the amenities at our sister property next door which includes and indoor heated pool, picnic area, and tennis courts. The property is minutes away from Cape Cod National Seashore, beaches, fishing charters, nature walking and bicycling trails, fine dining, shopping and sightseeing. Whale Watching cruises are also available daily in Provincetown and Hyannis. There are 6 golf courses near by as well as antique shops and Art Galleries.

What could you love more. the ocean, the bay side, the dunes. Whispering pines, quaint shopping, brick lined and cobblestone streets, sunsets or just the smell of the ocean air. Cape Cod has long been a favorite SUMMER Tourist Attraction, but now is a great "YEAR ROUND" destination. Whether you are on the Lower, Mid or Upper Cape, you have the Atlantic on one side and the Cape Cod Bay on the other with miles and miles of "Cooky Pines" whispering in the breezes. Visit Nauset Beach in Orleans or enjoy a drink at the Beachcomber at the Cahoon Hollow Beach in Wellfleet, both on the ocean side. Catch the sunset in Dennis on the bayside or take a drive to Race Point in Provincetown and listen to the roar of the ocean surf. Shop till you drop while in "P" Town, take an exciting whale watch out of the harbor or simply just stay in town and people watch!! Visit the monument in Provincetown where you can get absolutely spectacular views, but bring your climbing shoes, cause stairs are the only way up!!! If you are in need to get to a Mall for more shopping, Hyannis can take care of that. Follow Rt. 28 for antiquing and quaint shopping while traveling to Woods Hole where you catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard! You can go to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Arriving in Vineyard Haven you can visit the village where you will find the well known BLACK DOG Restaurant. Make sure you get a shirt!!! At Oak Bluffs you can visit the Flying Horses Carousel, the nation's oldest operating platform carousel, as well as a journey up Circuit Ave to shop and eat! Outside the main street in town, you will find the beautiful, brightly colored, gingerbread cottages. The "most perfectly preserved collection of Carpenter Gothic style architecture in the world". You can visit Edgartown, another quaint village with restaurants, boutiques, and the Wharf. You can sit and watch the boats and the comings and goings of Katama Bay. You can also get on the Ferry and go to Chappaquidick, sit on the beaches of Wasque Point or bring your fishing pole .. this is a favorite spot for blue fishing. Outside of Edgartown visit South beach, sunbath, swim or just sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. Traveling around the Island, your next stop could be Gay Head Cliffs where you are overlooking the ocean and the dunes. It is the most dramatic point on the island. At sunset visit Menemsha. Witness a spectacular, natural light show when the sun meets the ocean! Nantucket is smaller, but some feel it is quainter than Martha's Vineyard where sea captain's houses line the cobblestone streets.
