Welcome to New England Seating Company. We are a family owned, New England based contract furniture manufacturer that specializes in the fabrication of booth and banquette seating and tables for the food service industry.

New England Seating Company benefits from three generations of booth design and manufacturing experience. Our manufacturing facility is centrally located in New Haven, Connecticut and serves all of the East Coast and beyond. We pride ourselves on high-quality products, dependable and professional deliveries and superior customer service.

Based in Southern Connecticut, New England Seating Company's head office and showroom is located in New Haven, Connecticut. Here you can view a selection of our production and work with our experienced sales team and design department.

Adjoining the showroom is our production facility. In this facility our skilled carpenters and upholsterers design and build all custom booths, banquettes and tables.

Our in-house design department can work with your ideas or use their expertise to design your custom booth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get material or finish samples on my prospective order?
Yes. On all custom projects we would always provide both a finish sample and a shop drawing for approval before manufacturing your order. If you need a sample before deciding to place an order, please contact us for availability.

Can I view the designs you offer in a showroom?
Yes. We have a showroom where you can view designs in various stages of fabrication as well as numerous wood and upholstry samples and photos of many previous projects. Please call to schedule an appointment with our design staff.

Can I change the size or detail of an item?
Yes. All of the items we manufacture can be customized.

How will I know what the final order is going to look like?
With both standard and custom designs, a state-of-the-art computer generated drawing and finish sample are provided for approval.

What type of quality can I expect?
NES is committed to providing our customers with the highest degree of quality in custom furniture. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and attention to detail. All of the items we showcase are made by talented and dedicated craftspeople. We will always provide finish samples and shop drawings for your approval.

How will my order be packaged and installed?
We carefully blanket wrap all of our work and ship in our own delivery trucks. Our expert team can usually complete an entire installation within a day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, the production time on orders is approx. 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. A more specific time frame will be quoted for each project.
