Dougal Art Caricatures are a hit at any party or event. Music of "Crooner's Corner" (swing era ballads), and "Songs of West" can be heard live or on recordings. "Cowboy Billy" has both a fun family show and a character values program. Caricatures may be commissioned for gifts or publication. CARICATURES Caricatures are cartoon-style portraits. Likenesses are shown in a stylized manner. There is some exaggeration, but the results are not unkind. Options include; black & white or color, head & shoulders or with little activity, body and various sizes. The doodling Dougals do lots of live drawing jobs in their home state of Connecticut, but custom gift orders can be delivered anywhere quite efficiently.

Customized Illustrations If you produce materials for advertising, informational or editorial purposes, you could benefit from illustrations by Bill Dougal. Custom artwork can be tailored to your needs. When you commission a drawing, no one else can publish the same thing, and it can be done quickly and economically. Illustrations by Bill are strong on design, drawing, imagination and style. Bill also has a knack for coming up with just the right visuals. Some clients describe their need over the phone. Bill then faxes back rough drawings, gets approval on one, proceeds to final art and mails it--no problem! Styles include realistic, lino-cut and interpretive.
